HI all,

I'm sorry but this is not a realtime - linux problem

I'm trying to get a realtime linux system on a flash disk.

to avoid problems with shuting down the system by just power down a want to
make my root fs readonly, and a ram disk for the read/write part.

But as soon as i make the root fs read-only after booting i get the
message.: respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes.

it seems that mingetty is causing this problems, but i'm not sure.

Does anybody know which can cause this or how i can determine which can
cause this.

Thanks
