[rtl] token/fifo size suggest

Hi All,

Is there is suggested size limit (in bytes) to the tokens being
passed using an rt-fifo?  Also, is there a suggested rt-fifo
size (in bytes)?  Some ranges in size needed for good fifo 
performance would be good to know.
