Does it happen just after lounching it or while doing something else?
How many times does it happen? Does the system keep working? Did you
check the interrupts counts?
Tried retesting it under 1.5 and 2.2.16, on 2*350 pII and 2*450 PIII,
with other RTAI examples and a lot of disk activity. Nothing strange
happen. cat /proc/interrupts shouws disk interrupts coming in nicely on
the CPU used also by Linux at the rate permitted by the background RTAI
activity.
