} Hi -- I was wondering next release of RTLinux 3.0 will be
} available -- in particular, one that works with Linux 2.4.0-test11.
}
} I have a patch from Zdenek Kabelac (many thanks to Zdenek for
} that!!) that works with the test 11 kernel. However, the RTL debugger nor
} the reserve_cpu options have been ported (i.e, they either don't compile
} in the case of reserve_cpu and the debugger modules causes my 2.4.0-test11
} kernel to crash with a kernel panic -- not sure why). I am willing to take
} a crack at porting reserve_cpu and fixing other things as I need it for my
} own work, however, if someone as already decided to go after it, please
} let me know.

test12-final came out this afternoon. That, and the fact that test11 has
serious file corruption problems, means we probably won't do a patch
against test11.

We have several architectures to support now, so the task of moving to, and
validating, a new kernel version isn't a quick thing.

If you make some changes to get the code to work with newer kernels feel
free to send it a long. We'd be happy to merge it in.
