why do exist the two functions:
rtf_create_handler
rtf_create_rt_handler
At first glance the manuals are the same and the source as well. The other
question is related to rtf_make_user_pair. What does it mean in detail in the
man page: "RT- FIFO handlers are affected similarly." ?
