Yes, It is posible use longjump in RTLinux.

You can find an example at:
http://bernia.disca.upv.es/~iripoll/rt-linux/fancy-examples/examples/scripts/html/simples/Miscelanea/

Take a look at the Makefile file... There is the 
way to compile a module that uses functions of the
libc... (functions that to not use any system call).
