Take a look to the mailing list archive, I answered of an thread about this
with a kernel libkc++. There are c++ header wrappers, new/delete support.
Unfortunally the eh isn't working yet, the rtti should work.

Keep in mind, c++ in kernel is an nightmare even if you depends on the STL etc.
