Does anyone know the difference between Timesys Linux for Real-time and
RTL. See www.timesys.com

They talk about having priopritary loadable kernel modules which provides:

        - consistent responsivenss under all conditions
        - fine-grained application and process mtg
        - easy-to-use API
        - eliminates priority inversion in real-time processes

My sense is that RTL provides all that. Am I missing something? Also, not
to stir the pot, but would Timesys violate the patented (or almost
patented approach) of RTL?

                        Thank you,
                        Chris
