I just checked out the current cvs version of RTnet and tried to configure it (after upgrading from automake 1.4-p4-1.1 to 1.7.9-3):
How does RTnet recognize RTAI-3.0? If I run configure, it complains about not finding any version of RTAI in the stated directory.
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/local/tao-rtai/rtnet$ ./configure --enable-allpci --with-rtai=/usr/local/tao-rtai/rtai-3.0
[...] checking for strerror... yes checking for RTAI 24.1.x source tree... no checking for RTAI 3 installation... no configure: error: *** No RTAI found in /usr/local/tao-rtai/rtai-3.0
With the old version of RTAI this works:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/local/tao-rtai/rtnet$ ./configure --enable-allpci --with-rtai=/usr/local/tao-rtai/rtai
[...]
checking for RTAI 24.1.x source tree... /usr/local/tao-rtai/rtai
checking for configured RTAI 24.1.x... yes
checking for Linux source tree... /usr/local/tao-rtai/linux-2.4 (kernel 2.4.22)
[...]
Does anyone have an idea?
