You can in theory, but I would be surprised if any of them is designed to provide deterministic behaviour. It will be a black box in your control loop, hopefully working, but possibly delaying things once in a while, e.g. to scan for new USB devices or whatever. The next step would then be to evaluate if the existing RT-TCP support of RTnet will be sufficient for driving a particular box. We do not implement all details, nor did we test a broad range of setups.
