Попробуем перейти на 2.1.1
параметры семафоров в системе:
SEMMSL - The maximum number of semaphores in a sempahore set = 250
SEMMNS - The maximum number of sempahores in the system = 32000
SEMOPM - The maximum number of operations in a single semop call = 32
SEMMNI - The maximum number of sempahore sets = 128
