тормоза при работе через localhost. Если да, то проверить,
воспроизводится ли это на другом ПК.

Если да - стучаться к разработчикам. Если нет - отключать антивирусы/
firewall/proxy на рабочем сервере, возможно, потребуется снести
сетевой протокол и настроить заново.
