Solved. Just create a 'pli.tab' file with the following content:

  acc=wn:*

and add

  '-P', 'pli.tab'

to the command-line that invokes VCS.


That's the basic idea, but it takes a bit more work to integrate it
into Ruby-VPI. Nevertheless, I will include this fix in the next
release.
