Welcome!
I'm not sure why the anonymous access for our project specifically
would be flaking out. Those are the correct settings. I do know that
CVS's anonymous access is flaky in general. I often get errors trying
to access the repositories via that route. The only thing I can say
is to try again later. Sorry.

CVS browsing from the web also fails :(
it is specific to this project, i believe, as...
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/icewm login
works just fine for accessing the Ice window mgr proj
