Hi, With RubyGems 1.1.0, I just tried to install a non-latest gem (contacts 1.0.10), but got a failure that it could not be found.
Then, I did a gem list with --remote --all options, which showed that version did indeed exist. After doing the list with --all, the same install with verison 1.0.10 worked. Is this the desired behavior, or a caching bug?
