Ok, I merged release_notes/* into History.txt and updated the
Rakefile and
setup command to use it. `ruby setup.rb` now prints the latest
entry from
History.txt.

Hmn, exact same result. Are those changes in the repository at 1_3
branch? If so, I can svn up and check from there instead of the
package ones.
Maybe I forgot to clean before packaging, should be correct now. 1_3
has the same changes.
