I did a little trolling around this weekend and didn't see that anyone else had come up with a satisfactory zsh completion scheme for the "gem" command. So, since I'm some kind of sadist, I jumped into the exciting world of zsh-completion and cooked up a completion script that is about 95% of the way there.

It uses the newer "compsys" completion style mechanism. If you have that available, you should be able to download the script from http://gist.github.com/164465 into a directory in your $fpath, name it "_gem" and start a new shell.

Would this make sense to distribute in the gem somehow, or should I send it to the zsh team instead?

Thoughts? Opinions?

Cheers,

Alex V.
