I've reviewed all 97 tickets that were on the verified ticket report (http://dev.rubyonrails.org/report/12) and checked patches, rebased a lot of them, closed some (occasionally incorrectly, sorry about that!), and removed a lot of verified keywords.
What is in the report now are the 6 tickets that have had three +1 comments.
