Ran into this a while back, but hadn't gotten around to putting it on Lighthouse.
http://rails.lighthouseapp.com/projects/8994-ruby-on-rails/tickets/1842 In short, the SMTP delivery handler adds an extra set of <>s to the address specified in the Return-Path header when sending the SMTP MAIL FROM command. The needed change is 5 characters on a single line. Anyone else run into this? Surely I'm not the only one delivering mail via SMTP and using Return-Path...
