On the subject of ror-talk vs this list, I was thinking it'd be nice
if the general guideline was for all new posts to be first posted to
ror-talk and only posted here when ror-talk determined it to be a core
issue.
Of course this wouldn't apply if you're experienced enough to know for
absolute fact that it's a core issue.
