I can understand that. However, you can guarantee that your patches will not be considered by not writing them. It is obvious that you are not going to get a very positive response from the list by just bringing it up every so often. The SVN activity has picked up lately and I would highly suggest adding a patch+tests. Even if it is just removing one navigator.userAgnet sniff at a time.
