The inplace replacement seems to be working on Safari already, but  
considering TinyMCE itself is not Safari compatible (at least the  
current Safari/Webkit version in Tiger), it shouldn't work at this  
time. Maybe someone can have a look with the latest nightly build to  
see if it works with the latest webkit.
