I was looking for something more like a tootip that stays up long
enough to click hyperlkinks inside it and appears below the item (so
to look like a menu).  Not sure I want to define all my menu items
like Proto.Menu requires.

May look at this tootip.js and see if I can adapt it to what I am
trying to do.
