I recently upgrade to rails 2.1.1 from rails 1.2.3. When I create a form, it generates this error when the form is displayed:

It is called from /usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/actionpack-2.1.1/ lib/action_view/helpers/form_tag_helper.rb so I assume that this should be available to all views. Maybe I didn't loaded something correctly? Help is much appreciated!
