It seems locomotive is not so alive anymore... I think about using macports to easily install binaries in a custom path lik /Applications/ zena.app/Contents/Resources/opt and then take this thing as the package.
I will have a look at MAMP to see if I can adapt this framework to include ruby and the gems I need.
