Thanks Noel, I tried that and got this error -
rake aborted!
couldn't find file 'twitter/bootstrap'
   (in .. /app/assets/javascripts/application.js:9)

One of the lines in my application.js is //= require twitter/bootstrap 
Similarly application.css contains *= require twitter/bootstrap

Do I need to manually include twitter/bootstrap files in my 
/vendor/assets folder?
