         instantiate_builder(foo, bar)
      end
      def instantiate_builder(foo,bar)
        self
      end
    end
  end
end

"self" in instantiate_builder refers to
ActionView::Helpers::FormHelper. self it will have access to methods
in ActionView::Helpers (its parent module), correct?
