Position: RUBY ON RAILS Location: REDMOND, WA This position will be focused on being the Development and Technical Lead for a key component of the overall API Platform. The person in this role will have the following responsibilities:
- Leading a team of developers in the development and delivery of an Authentication Server. - Executing sprint planning and backlog management. - Executing and leading a scrum based development process. - Owning the code branches and merges. - Ensuring code and test completeness. - Some hands-on code development. Key Skills: - Deep Ruby/Rails experience. - PostGres or other SQL DB expertise. - Experience leading Scrum or XP delivery. - Experience with high performance and high scale platforms. - Record of successful delivery. - Nice to have: Cassandra or like experience.
