Hi Ivan

I would have replied privately, but you have not provided an email
address, nor can I see contact details on the website.
Just to point out that a website offering jobs for rails
developers should use html that meets the standards.  Yours is much
better than many, but not perfect.  It is always worth running a site
through the validator before publishing.
