uninstalled mysql and reinstalled using homebrew. i was able to start
mysql, and bundle the rails application. when trying to run the rails
server, I get the following:

/Users/jviers/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.1.1/gems/activesupport-3.2.19/lib/active_support/dependencies.rb:251:in

`require': cannot load such file --
doorkeeper/models/active_record/application (LoadError)

could anyone shed some lite, as I've never run into this error, and seems
like something to do with doorkeeper, however, I don't currently read
doorkeeper in the gemfile.
