I don't know what dependencies might cause that, but if you told us what you mean by not working we may be better able to help. Anything different in the logs? Anything different in console in the browser (js errors for example)? Have you checked it is not a browser issue by using a separate PC as the client (running the browser) accessing the app on the two servers.
