Are there any imposed or technical limits on the size of the message being
passed through an ActionCable message?

I have been experimenting using it to send Data URIs
<https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Basics_of_HTTP/Data_URIs>,
it sort of seems to work*, but I wondered if the community had any thoughts
on this kind of madness?

* one notable annoyance: In development ActionCable logs the whole message
to the terminal, which get very unwieldy,
e.g: https://gist.github.com/dukedave/7a1c2b6780b3de0879b124d43b955238
