I'm looking at this four years old commit, Stop requiring mocha automatically <https://github.com/rails/rails/commit/fd6aaaa0c308b36df3bf06eb87b9eebfca1de127>, and am curious to read the discussion that's led to this decision. I don't see it here, nor in the repository <https://github.com/rails/rails/search?q=Mocha>. Any pointers?
