When submitting a get request by form my params hash doesn't begin with
resource name but instead just with the colomns within the resource
Processing by ItemsController#new as HTML
Parameters: {"item_type"=>"Pez dispenser", "commit"=>"New item",
"utf8"=>"✓"}
Completed 400 Bad Request in 14ms (ActiveRecord: 0.0ms)
I'm expecting item to be prepended before {"item_type"=> ...
