Hi Sumon,

I recommend that you start in Windows (because that is your most familiar
environment) using RubyStack:

http://bitnami.org/stack/rubystack

RubyStack is like WAMP for Ruby. When you're comfortable with it, switch to
Linux because it will run much faster.
