Marnen, the same could be said, for example, for anybody asking for information about how to create a PDF document in a Rails application. A PDF document has nothing to do with Rails but it can be created using Rails. It is just nice to get answers when you don't really know where to even start looking.
Unfortunately I don't know the answer for Arthur but I would also be interested in knowing about the subject.
