ETL Admin Austin, TX • Position: ETL Admin with IBM InfoSphere exp • Location: Austin, TX • Duration: 6+ mos • Skills: IBM InfoSphere Information Server v8.x, IBM Cognos, Oracle 10g, PERL, Unix Shell Scripting, Sun Solaris, Virtual OS Roles & Responsibilities: Client is looking to hire a Senior ETL Systems Administrator with three or more years experience installing and configuring IBM InfoSphere Information Server in a Sun Solaris environment. Must have strong troubleshooting and Problem Identification Skills and will be needed to assist teams with problem resolution. Worker must possess the ability of working with multiple Teams in a large scale environment. Skills & Experience: • Configuration and documentation of ETL architectures and installations. • Working in a 24x7 Data Center. • Strong Oral and written communication skills and Processes Documentation. • Installation, configuration and administration IBM InfoSphere Information Server v8.x on Unix operating system platform; experience with version 8.x required. • Administration and configuration of IBM InfoSphere Information Server v8.x with Oracle as its backend Database. • Experience in the installation of IBM InfoSphere Information Server v8.x in a multi-tier configuration in a Unix environment populating an Oracle 10g database. • Administration and configuration of IBM InfoSphere Information Server v8.x in a multi-tier configuration on Sun Solaris Container virtual server environments. • Familiarity or knowledge of TIERS and Integrated Eligibility. • Familiarity of IBM Cognos Product Family. • Familiarity with database concepts. • Virtual OS experience with Sun Solaris Containers. • PERL development and UNIX shell scripting.
