I'm trying to install RoR on Windows XP x32 I've tried different variations of installing Rails such as --------------------------------------------------------------------------- >gem install rails --include-dependencies INFO: 'gem install -y' is now default and will be removed INFO: use --ignore-dependencies to install only the gems you list ERROR: http://rubygems.org/ does not appear to be a repository ERROR: could not find a valid gem 'rails' ()=0) in any repository
