I doubt you'll be able to find pre-compiled binaries for every gem you 
want to use. If you want to keep developing on Windows, and I'll spare 
you the commentary, you'll need to get a C compiler set up. I've read 
about using the free version of Visual Studio, but searching Google for 
"compile ruby extensions windows" returned plenty of instruction.
