The guy is saying that he is fine with the end users taking a screenshot of
the page, but he doesn't want the users to simply copy and paste the text in
txt files.
I know the requirement is absurd.
But, just rephrasing the question for others to have a better idea of what
you want.

In my opinion, there is no gem/plugin for anything like this and why should
be.
You are asking people in the wrong area, this is something that deals with
the presentational aspect of the text, so put up the question on HTML,
javascript forums.
