We still still have the test lock issue (which randomly fails 100+
tests) that Toni, Jervis, Michael and me have tried to solve already
over the last few months.
I am working on fixing this issue which will probably fix it:

test must also use CDI instead of executing different code than in
production so any unit test result is reliable
