Hi Thomas, Thanks a lot for the help. I am also facing problem in uploading my modified working memory back to my output file. Once the rules are fired and the data in my working memory is modified how do I reupload it to my text file? I store all my data in a vector which loads it to the working memory. Could you point me towards some documentation which explains it?

You are trying to read your input files from the current working directory (which defaults to the root of your project in eclipse). What you probably want to be doing is reading your files from the classpath instead. Using ResourceFactory.newClassPathResource is the way I normally go about reading my files but you can do it with the standard class loader methods as well.
