I noticed you are calling applyChangeSet() twice. Any reason in why to do that? I mean, it should work ok, but maybe you have found a bug. Try to remove one of the invocations. Regarding the logs, there must be some KnowledgeAgent logs in the console output of your application. Could you share them?
