The actual error is "Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: ...... (File name too long)".
I gather this is an underlying platform issue and not Guvnor nor JBoss AS itself - if memory serves me correctly we have other community members running 5.5.x on JBoss AS 7.1.1 without problem.
