As shown by my investigation, it's not needed any tricks to support mirrors. Aether do almost all the work.
When WEB IDE is building the project, the session is initialized properly and mirrors a working well. But default repository with direct url is still in account and continue trying to direct access to Maven central. In this concrete situation, I try the some hack. I'm adding possibility to configure default mirror by system properties directly in org.kie.scanner.Aether: This is completely solve the problem. But, I think, this be better to initialize session in more proper way.
