Martin (cc'ing rust-dev)-I recommend you file a fresh bug with a transcript of your own build attempt.
I infer you are pointing us to issue #11162 because of some similarity in the log output you see between that and your own build issue, but issue #11162 is fundamentally related to a local LLVM install (at least according to its current title) and has been verified as fixed by others, so I believe you are probably better off making a fresh bug (and perhaps linking to #11162 from it).
