Hi all:
In the last meetup, one of the rustacean, Jay, faced
the issue while attempting to run 'rustc'
Issue
The procedure entry point SetThreadErrorMode could
not be located in the dynamic link library
KERNERL32.dll
Resolution
rust depends on LLVM, the minimum Windows version
required for running LLVM is Windows 7 !
LLVM 3.8.x release notes are
http://releases.llvm.org/3.8.1/docs/ReleaseNotes.html
and the related 'rust' issue is discussed here
