Change the folder. I.e., just re-`[Ff]ile' back to the same folder that you are already looking at. The issue is known, there is a `sync'hronize request in TODO. (But of course that touches core mailbox and I/O functionality which yet is pretty much unchanged. And for POP3 you need to quit and reopen anyway, unfortunately. Well.)
