I'm not on the "S Fest Comittee but I do have a schedule of events and the only 2:00-10:00 time frame I see is Thursday, "Trading Area Open 2 pm. -10 pm."
Sunday's activities are the layout tours, some starting as early as 8:30 am. and some running until 4 pm. Hope to see lots of you at this year's S Fest.. It looks like a good list of clinics (especially the slide show at 9:00 am Saturday-Well I hope its a good one!) and tours. My wife and I did the Edelweiss lunch tour last spring and really enjoyed it Our club is offering a really unusual car this year and SHS has done a great job on it. If you are looking for a different breakfast, lunch or dinner break see someone for directions to the ex Milwaukee Road depot in Oconomowoc. Its a beautiful stone structure only 10-12 miles from the Expo and has very good food at quite reasonable prices and a nice railroad theme to it. (The ex C&NW depot in Waukesha is also nearby and is a resturant. I have heard good things about that one also but can't comment personally since I have not been there in some time.) The Friday Fish Fry is being done by The Machine Shed. They have an excellent reputation throughout the midwest (I think they are catering the Saturday evening banquet, also-not to be missed!)
