Hi, I went to my Central City area and shot a digital image of it.
The majority of the buildings are of the copier kind. I made copies of the buildings I wanted out of the books. Most originals are close to HO scale. Then went to a copier and enlarged them aprox 31%. The best rule of thumb is to have a S scale 7 foot doorway. Now-a-days, you can even copy the buildings in color.
